Shipping Policy
We process orders within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery time is usually 5 business days, depending on your location, shipping carrier, and any customs or local delivery delays.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming products may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.
